How do I log in?

Each time you log in, we send you a one-time authorization code via email. You simply enter this code in the password field — there’s no need to remember a password.

For iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Meshape
For Android: Google Play > Profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions

Refunds are handled by the respective app stores. You can request a refund via:
• Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google: Google Play Refund Request

Send us an email at [email protected] with the subject "Delete Account". We will remove your data within 72 hours.
